
Things Needed:
Tofu(An extract from soya bean),Peas,2 Onions,2 Tomato's,Ginger and garlic paste,garam masala,phav bahaji masala or aamchoor powder,chilly powder,daniya powder,Sour curd,kasoori methi,cooking oil and salt to taste,Butter.
Method:
Tofu(An extract from soya bean),Peas,2 Onions,2 Tomato's,Ginger and garlic paste,garam masala,phav bahaji masala or aamchoor powder,chilly powder,daniya powder,Sour curd,kasoori methi,cooking oil and salt to taste,Butter.
Method:
- Cut the tofu into cubes and just shallow fry them in the oil and keep them aside.
- Make the onions,tomato's into a fine paste.
- Switch on the pan add 3tbsp of oil and pour the above paste into the pan.
- Now add 3tbsp of ginger and garlic paste and some salt to taste.
- Add a tsp of garam masala and a 2 tsp of phav bhaji masala.
- Now add 1tbsp of chilly powder,2 tbsp of daniya powder.
- Add some water and let it boil.
- After sometime add the fried tofu and a small cup of fresh green peas to it.
- Let it cook and the raw smell vanish.
- Now just before switching off add a cup of sour curd and sprinkle some kasoori methi to it and mix them well.After changing it to the serving bowl add a tbsp of butter on the top.
Now our delicious tofu and peas masala is ready to served with parotta or chappathi.Red food colouring powder can be used for an appetising look.
