1/2 kg chicken pieces,Ginger and garlic paste,Sliced onions and diced tomato's,Chilly powder,Red food colouring powder,curry leaves,cooking oil and salt to taste.
Method:
- Add the ginger garlic paste(4 tbsp),chilly powder(1 1/2 tbsp),food colour powder to the chicken pieces and let it soak for atleast 1 hr.
- Pour oil in to the pan and fry the soaked chicken pieces.
- Once its half cooked fish out the chicken pieces and keep it aside.
- Now in the same oil add curry leaves,sliced onions and dices tomato's along with needed salt.
- Add just a pinch of chilly powder according to the needed amount.
- Once the gravy is ready, now we can add the fried chicken to it.Keep tossing and turning so that the chicken is cooked completely
chicken sambal is ready now.serve it while its hot!
